The Art of Tea Blending

Join Pam Kramer from Kramer at Market to learn purpose, taste, appearance, aroma and texture.

Class includes an instructor lead presentation, hands-on tea blending, tea steeping & sampling of classroom blends, as well as, take home samples of your own signature blends. Detail will be given to the role of each of the above elements in creating a purposeful, functional & enjoyable cup of tea.

This class is $35 and can be taken on Wednesday, February 12 from 10 am - 1 pm OR Saturday, February 22 from 3 - 6 pm at the Rojahn Performance Kitchen at Central Market. Reservations required
