Allegro Winery

York County's largest winery, Allegro Winery in Brogue, PA, brings fine wine to the heart of downtown York at Central Market so you can "drink local". From vineyard to cellar, Allegro is devoted to creating the best possible wines. Founded in 1980 by musician brothers John and Tim Crouch, Allegro's premium vintages, primarily Bordeaux blends and Chardonnay, speak volumes about the winegrowing and winemaking potential in south central Pennsylvania. With its oldest vines planted in 1973, Allegro is owned by Winemaker Carl Helrich and produces 25,000 gallons annually.
