Getting Hot and Steamy! - Steaming, poaching, and boiling- How to Steam Fish

This class will begin and end as a battle. Participants will learn the difference between boiling, poaching, steaming, and oven roasting. Class members will leave the class knowing what flavors can be pulled from an ingredient using different techniques that are very similar, yet very different.
