Class 1: Safety First - How to Roast a Chicken and Mashed Potatoes (Properly).

Wed. May 11, 7-9 p.m.
During this class, each participant will be shown the proper way to treat poultry and vegetables together. Both techniques and skills will teach the participant how to dress the chicken and roast a chicken with proper temperature levels, precenting cross contaminating the vegetables, and finish with a beautiful end result.
